In 2007 beauty-salon-parramatta will be introducing body piercing. Providing you with the best hygiene and quality we will be using the latest technology. Blomdahl is an encapsulated cassette medically designed to give maximum protection against infection. Our body piercing will include nose and belly buttons.

Nose piercing, as with all types of piercing, is a medical procedure, so there is every reason to make sure that it is done properly.

Sterile, encapsulated cassettes containing one preloaded nose stud, makes nose piercing not only more hygienic but also easier to do. When the cassette has been used once then it is disposed of. Maximum protection for you... the customer!

Our beautiful nose piercing studs are made of homogeneous (non-plated) titanium of a medical grade quality because of its superior non-allergenic characteristics.

The nose piercing studs come in Natural Titanium and Golden Titanium, with or without Swarovski crystals. The Golden Titanium nose piercing studs have 24 gold on the jewellery part of the stud, but it is only the skin friendly titanium that comes into contact with your skin.

How does it work?

Hair grows in three distinct cycles. First, the active or growth cycle (Anagen); next, the dormant cycle (Catagen) and, finally, the fall-out or shedding cycle (Telogen). Laser Hair Removal is most effective during the growth cycle (Anagen).

The pigment in the hair follicle absorbs the laser light and converts the light to heat. The heat, in turn, damages the follicle and destroys its ability to re-grow. Significantly less hair grows back with each treatment…ultimately resulting in your goal of permanent hair reduction. The number of treatments required varies from individual to individual.

Hair growth cycles differ on different parts of the body. Your skin and hair color, coarseness of hair as well as age, metabolism and other individual factors influence hair growth rate. Our staff will work with you in designing a schedule to optimize your results.
