Directions for Use;

Mix 2 teaspoons (10g) in 100-200ml of hot water (depending on individual taste) & take 30 min before breakfast.  Limit 1 per day. Initially some clients may need to start with 1 teaspoon 30 mins before breakfast and 1 teaspoon before lunch - never take in the afternoon.

Suggestions

It is important to eat a blanced diet when taking Green Coffee Plus.  A balance of the main nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, essential fats, vitamins and minerals) is advisable.  Suggested to drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day when taking Green Coffee Plus.
