Just so you’re absolutely clear about what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you to ensure that you get the very best, personalized, state-of-the-art treatment…

 

Here’s what we Undertake and Guarantee:

 

1)   If you have a confirmed appointment time, we will never keep you waiting longer than it take us to answer any questions you may have, and ensure that you’re completely comfortable. If we keep you waiting more than fifteen minutes past your appointment time, you will immediately be entitled to 20% off whatever you spend that day.

 

2)   You will always be given the most professional, up-to-date advice. We are unquestionably the best at what we do in the Hills area and we back it with our No Questions Asked, 100% Money Back Guarantee: “If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your service here at Northmead Beauty Therapy, we want you to tell us, right away, and give us the opportunity to either re-do your treatment at a time convenient to you, or refund your money. It’s entirely up to you.  This offer is also extended to all products purchased through our centre.”

 

3)   Your treatment room will always be prepared for you. If there is anything that displeases you about your treatment room, please let us know. It will never happen again.

 

4)   Our premises are always spotlessly clean. Our towels are always hygenically-laundered and smell fresh. Our ‘tools of trade’ are always the latest available, and sterilized to national standards before every treatment.

 

5)   We offer you the convenience of extended trading hours until 8pm on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and 9pm on Thursday evenings.

 

6)   You will always be notified in advance of any changes we need to make to your treatment program or appointment times.

 

7)   Our staff will always be clean, neatly-presented and well-groomed.

 

8)   Sometimes it is necessary – and unavoidable – that we replace or change at short notice your chosen therapist.  You will always be given the choice of accepting or rejecting this replacement, in advance.

 

 

In return, we expect and appreciate the following of you:

 

1)   You are on time. If you are not on time, you understand that you may not be able to have your chosen treatment at that time, or that your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.  If you are redeeming a special offer, promotion or gift voucher you will be still liable for the full treatment cost.

 

2)   You pay the agreed treatment costs. (Unless of course, under our Guarantee, you’re making a formal complaint)

 

3)   Please consider our therapists – and that your own personal hygiene is of a high standard.

 

4)   You understand that if you miss an appointment of without giving us at least 24 hours notice, you will be liable to pay a fee of 75% of the treatment value.  

     

      Any special offers, promotions or gift vouchers will have the full treatment cost applied if cancellation notice is not received 24 hours prior to the allocated appointment time.
